Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our properties through various social media platforms, creating engaging content, and Direct messaging potential investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage marketing campaigns for our real estate properties across different social media platforms.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand the specifics of each property and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

- Direct message and set up appointments with investors

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital advertising.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Creative mindset with an eye for design.

- Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position.

Earnings range from $250 to $750+ per deal, depending on the property.
